Size and fit
- Does Moody Bobby have a size chart available?
Yes. Every product page carries the full size chart, with length, width and sleeve measurements for S through XXL.
- Are the clothes true to size?
Yes. All of our designer activewear is made with 100% preshrunk cotton. They are true to size and will not shrink after washing.
- What are the measurements for each size?
S is 20 inches long, 27 inches wide, with a 33 inch sleeve. Each size up adds 2 inches of length, 1 inch of width and 1 inch of sleeve, through to XXL at 28 by 31 with a 37 inch sleeve.
- Do you make each style in different colors?
Not at this time. However, if you email us at sales@moodybobby.com with the color you desire, we may be able to accommodate your request in the near future.
- I want to order something, but you do not have my size in stock. What do I do?
All of our clothing is made to order. Complete the form on the contact page with a description of the item you want, and we will contact you when it is expected back in stock and again when it arrives.

Orders and shipping
- When will my order be ready to ship?
Our clothing is held in stock, so nothing waits to be made. Delivery takes 3 to 5 days from the day you order. Your email confirmation will confirm the expected ship date of your purchase.
- I did not receive an order confirmation email. What do I do?
Email customer service at sales@moodybobby.com with the details of your order and the date you ordered it.
- How do I modify or cancel my order?
Email customer service at sales@moodybobby.com with the details of your order and the date you ordered it, and we will notify you that the order has been changed or canceled. If your order has already shipped, you can return it, but you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- Do you ship to APO or FPO military addresses or P.O. boxes?
We do ship to military addresses and P.O. boxes, however we can only ship these items via standard delivery. Standard delivery requires an additional three days of arrival time.
- How do you calculate sales tax?
Sales tax is based on the order’s ship to address.

Returns and refunds
- What is your return policy?
Email customer service at sales@moodybobby.com with the order number and a description of the items to be returned within 30 days of receipt. Customer service will provide you with a return control number. You may not return and be reimbursed for an item without a return control number.
- How long does it take to process a return?
Allow 3 weeks from the time you mail the return package for us to process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation once it is complete. Return packages that appear worn, washed or damaged will not be refunded and will be returned to the purchaser at their expense. - How long until I receive my refund?
Once you receive the email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect your credit in 5 to 7 business days.

The product
- What is the kangaroo zipper pocket?
It is the pocket that runs across the front of every piece we make, with a hidden zipper set into the top seam. It holds a phone, keys and cards without them falling out when you bend down, and it lies flat enough that the front of the garment still reads clean.
- What is the fabric?
100% premium preshrunk cotton. Mid weight, brushed soft on the inside, and it keeps its shape through repeated washing.
- How should I wash it?
Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Warm iron on the reverse if it needs it.
