I want to order something, but you don’t have my size in stock. What do I do?
All of our clothing is made to order. Please complete the form on the Contact Us page with the description of the item you want to order, and we will contact you when the item is expected to be in stock and when it is in stock again.
Does Moody Bobby have a size chart available?
Yes. Click on the link here for our size chart.
Are the clothes true to size?
Yes. All of our designer active wear is made with 100% preshrunk cotton. They are true to size and will not shrink after washing.
Do you make each style in different colors?
Not at this time. However, if you email us on the Contact Us page with the color you desire, we may be able to accommodate your request in the near future.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What do I do?
Email customer service at sales@moodybobby.com with the details of your order and the date you ordered it.
When will my order be ready to ship?
Since we are a designer active wear brand, most of our clothing are manufactured at the time they are ordered. Therefore, some items can take 3-4 weeks to produce before they are ready to ship. Your email confirmation will confirm the expected ship date of your purchase(s).
How do I modify or cancel my order?
Email customer service at sales@moodybobby.com with the details of your order and the date you ordered it, and we will notify you that the order has been changed or canceled. If your order has already shipped, then you can return it, but you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
How do you calculate sales tax?
Sales tax is based on the order's "Ship To" address.
Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses or P.O. Boxes?
We do ship to military addresses and P.O. Boxes, however, we can only ship these items via Standard delivery. Please note that Standard delivery requires an additional three days of arrival time.
What is your return policy?
Please email customer service at sales@moodybobby.com with the order number and description of items to be returned within 30 days of receipt. Customer service will provide you with a return control number. You may not return and be reimbursed for an item without a return control number.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 3 weeks from the time you mail the return package to process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation once it is complete. Return packages that appear worn, washed, or damaged will not be refunded and will be returned to the purchaser at their expense. How long until I receive my refund?
Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your credit in 5-7 business days.
