These terms govern your use of Moody Bobby, LLC's website and your purchase of Moody Bobby products.

Who we are
Moody Bobby, LLC is an e-commerce business selling activewear hoodies, hoodie dresses, hoodie tees and accessories, registered at 470 Dacula Rd, Box 202, Dacula, GA 30019. You can reach us on 770-491-4304 or at sales@moodybobby.com.

Orders and acceptance
Most of our clothing is manufactured at the time it is ordered. Some items take 3 to 4 weeks to produce before they are ready to ship. Your order confirmation email states the expected ship date for your purchase.
To modify or cancel an order, email sales@moodybobby.com with your order details and order date. If the order has already shipped you may return it, but a 15% restocking fee applies.

Pricing, tax and payment
Sales tax is calculated on the ship to address of the order.

Accepted payment methods, currency, pricing error handling and the treatment of promotional codes, once Shopify Payments configuration is confirmed.

Shipping and delivery
We ship to military APO and FPO addresses and to P.O. boxes, by standard delivery only, which adds three days to the arrival time.

Confirmation of the shipping territories we actually serve. The live site claims worldwide shipping while the about page states nationwide, and those cannot both be right.

Returns and refunds
Email sales@moodybobby.com with your order number and a description of the items to be returned within 30 days of receipt. Customer service will issue a return control number. Items returned without a return control number cannot be reimbursed.
Allow 3 weeks from the date you mail the return for the refund to be processed. Returns that arrive worn, washed or damaged are not refunded and are returned to the purchaser at their expense. Once you receive confirmation that the return is processed, the credit reaches you in 5 to 7 business days.

Limitation of liability and warranties

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, where the business is registered.
